I stayed here with my family in May and we had a lovely time. The suites are superb. We had a two bedroomed suite which actually could sleep six because there was a sofa bed in the lounge. There were three full bathrooms in the suite.

I have given it a three star rating not because of the rooms or the staff (all, without exception, polite and attentive), but because the whole resort is built on a hill. There are slopes to go everywhere, and the suites are built on two floors. I spoke to them before we travelled regarding my mobility issues, and was assured that there would be no problems. They have no lifts at this resort. I took my time, moving around the resort, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who walks with crutches as I do.
If you want a quiet holiday this is a lovely place to stay. There is a pool and the suites are arranged around it.

A café/bar is on site too but I think food is limited there – there are many good restaurants in Los Cristianos, however.

The evening entertainment was average and not every night. But I think in peak season they may up their game.

This resort is on a large site comprising three resorts and all the facilities are available to visitors no matter which resort they are staying at. I think perhaps the other two resorts may be more lively.

The staff at reception will book trips around Tenerife for you.

There is a courtesy bus to take you to the beach which runs every hour.

I'm glad you resisted the high pressure sales talk. I wouldn't be happy being asked detailed questions about my finances.

It was certainly more pressured than it should have been. We were told that they were not allowed to go over 2 hours, but we were with them from 9.30am until 1.30pm. We didn't mind it - and obviously were expecting a sales pitch, after all they had given us a free holiday, but once they had explained how their system works (I'm sure many people buy into it and are perfectly happy), and we had decided against, they should have wrapped up. Instead, the manager came over and asked us a lot of in depth questions regarding our finances. This should not put people off visiting this resort however, if you book just like any other holiday, you would have nothing to do with this side of their business.

That sounds quite a good win - I hope the presentation wasn't too dire?

It actually was a 'competition win'. It was an almost free holiday (we paid admin costs to an agent and also paid for flights), during which we were obliged to spend half a day listening to a presentation.
The resort is very nice and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has no mobility issues. If it were not built on a hill, I would be very happy to book a holiday here.
The suite was serviced daily, although toiletries were not replaced after the first day.

Did you book this yourself via the internet, or go through an agent?

Was the suite serviced each day?
