Good and bad

We flew to Lisbon with Easyjet for a birthday break. First the good. The flight was on time, seating is now allocated and there was enough legroom. The bad. Because the flight was full, the guaranteed cabin luggage of passengers at the back of the queue had to be put in the hold. This caused a delay. When we boarded the plane, the captain apologised for the delay blaming it on passengers turning up late. We were at the rear of the queue and had arrived in ample time. Unprofessional and annoying.
