Virgin have a very good seat-back entertainment system with a wide choice of on-demand films, TV and radio programmes to keep the whole family entertained. There are also games but they're pretty basic.

Cabin crew on both our flights (there and back) were friendly and for the most part helpful, although they did not respond to the call light and we had to grab one on her way past when one of our sets of headphones proved faulty.

Food was varied. Two of our party were vegetarians and they were served pasta in a sauce in both directions. The dish on the way out was horrible, the one on the return was quite pleasant. The omnivores fared better on both flights; quite apart from having a choice of menu they received nice gooey puddings, while the vegetarians were served up with rather basic fruit salads. Fine if they were also on diets but this was not the case!

For silver travellers without family I should warn you that because of their family friendly entertainment system and their habit of giving away goody bags to young travellers their flights to Orlando do tend to have a lot of young children and babies on board. But then again, most airlines going to Orlando probably have a lot of families due to the theme parks at the destination.

We did not have anyone with limited mobility in our party so I can't really comment on this aspect.
