The Hinderton Arms on the Chester High Road is a warm and welcoming place to eat and drink. Between Monday and Thursday it is great value as you can get three courses for only £11.99. The four of us went on a Tuesday evening. Situated on the old Turnpike road, there has been a pub here since 1826, when it was called the Shrewsbury Arms. As well as serving premium quality pub food, they have a good selection of cask ales, ciders ,spirits and an extensive wine list. The evening deal had a choice of three starters, eight main courses and three puddings. Facilities include air conditioning, car parking, a meeting room, wireless access, disabled facilities and an outside beer garden. It was quiz night the evening we went – and we actually won a bottle of wine! We will definitely be going there again some time, as the manager and staff are friendly as well providing excellent food and service.
