Just back from fabulous cruise on P&O Oriana. Departed from Southampton on the 17th January and we returned on the 29th January. We visited Lisbon, Cadiz, Gibraltar, Agadir and La Coruna. The inside cabins are very well appointed, but take extra clothes hangers. Also, although the laundrette is free, take your own wash powder and fabric conditioner. Molton Brown shower gel and The White company products are provided for free. The food is superb. Best to take first sitting and a table of 6 was nice as we had a whale of a time with the other 2 couples especially at karaoke. Drinks are not too badly priced- about £15-£22 for a bottle of wine for dinner. G&T is £3.50, and a pint about the same. There was plenty to do on the ship from jigsaw puzzles in the library to a fully equipped gym, deck quoits, swimming, tennis etc. Also, a cinema, classes and talks. The entertainment was superb- great shows, magicians, singers, comedians, Hygiene was excellent. Everywhere was spotless and hand gel outside each restaurant. No one was ill on board with Norovirus. I will not go on about the places visited as these can be researched elsewhere. The staff were brilliant- 5 star service and definitely 5 star food.
