This was our second cruise with P&O on the Azura and almost the same itinary. We left Southampton on the 16th June with quiet a gale blowing, so our first night was a little "bumpy" but not a problem to us.

We really do object to the policy of gratuities being automatically added to our on board account, so first thing to do is go to reception and "opt-out" which was to problem. We have always tipped as we receive service. Surely this must be the defenition of a "Tip" and not to subsidy P&O`s wage bill!

The cabin was quiet spacious with flat-screen t.v, fridge, tea/coffee facilities, loads of hanging and drawer space, well placed dressing table, queen-size bed. It was kept spotlessly clean. Food and choice is superb in all restaurants…you really do have to try the magnificent Lunch time curries. All drinks on board are no more than you might pay in a Pub. The "Wine deals" are pretty good value. The evening entertainment has plenty to choose from but not enough shows for us. Generally speaking there was adiquat Loungers on deck…pending on the weather. No reservation of Loungers, so not to leave for more than 30 minutes or so!. Our ports of call were fantastic, the half day Beach excursion in Corfu was well worth doing. Over night stay in Venice was excellent, we found it really nice to walk from where the ship docked to St Mark`s square as you not only save on the price of a water Taxi but see the real Venice…we felt perfectly safe to wonder. Yes, we loved it. Overall a great ship in terms quality and standards.
