We arrived in Tallin in an awful downpour, the day after was sunny and stayed like that for the rest of the week! We stayed in the Old Town and our hotel dated back to 1355, it also housed a smart café that sold tremendous cakes! We were situated just round the corner from the main square which hosts an outdoor market on Wednesdays. Many places to eat and drink, but wander from the main square for something more traditional and cheaper. If you like Amber jewellery this is the place to come, it is sold everywhere.
