Tallinn looks like something from a brothers Grimm fairy tale. Spired turrets around the 14th century town walls and plenty of cobbled streets and alleys. If you like architecture you will love Tallinn. Food is good and reasonably priced but some of the restaurants around the old town square can be a little expensive. The Garlic House is a real treat however. Tallinn has many bars and cafes the best of which is, in our view, Hell Hunt. The quirkiest definitely bar Depeche Mode! If you have time to leave Tallinn try the outdoor heritage museum a few miles out of town. Really worth the trip!

You need good mobility and shoes to really appreciate Tallinn, but the views of the fairy tail turrets and spires from the top, is really worth the trek, and the market is full of lovely wares.
