I would give negative stars if I could. Tried to visit this attraction on the 10th of August 2019. We took our dog for a quick walk before the castle opened. He decided to leave a little parcel on the road outside the car park. Which a scooped up. However, we couldn’t find a bin. There were drinking bowls outside the ticket point, for dogs. So my wife went in. My wife asked at the ticket point. Where to dispose of dog waste and was told by a rather rude lady. “It’s your dog, it’s your mess. So you need to take it away with you”. I think the staff need to go on a customer care course. Shows what a little authority can do to people. We left in disgust. If you do decide to go to the castle make sure your dog is running on empty. I bet the Corgis have a bin! Very poor show Royals.
