On the good ship Columbus. We had a very comfortable cabin. Easy access to everything. Food was excellent, both for choice and quality. There was only one sea day, so something different most days. The garden visits were wonderful, not too far to travel from the ports. We were given 5 star treatment at all venues, particularly at Tresco Abbey Gardens where we gained access before the gardens opened to the public. All the tour guides were very informative. The two television gardeners were always available and very approachable. I have no hesitation in recommending this cruise. If you have never cruised before, it’s a good introduction. Give it a try.

Thank you. I wondered whether it might be. I cruised with them last year (Magellan) and found them excellent. Unpretentious and great customer service. Faroes. Orkneys and Shetland . Loved it. May try another cruise with them

Yes. sorry ESW, apart from one sea day between Rotterdam and Kirkwall, all other voyaging was done at night.

How long did the cruise last and apart from Tresco, where else did you visit?

Did you do most of the sailing between destinations during the night?
