Review: Sofitel London Heathrow

We have stayed at the London Heathrow Sofitel on 6 occasions; every single time, it’s been a wonderful experience. The lobby is easy to navigate, with wide open spaces, benches, good lighting, and a very welcoming and efficient check-in system and desk. The rooms are spotlessly clean- I mean absolutely immaculate. Also, they have big, comfortable beds, unlimited hot water in the shower, and my husband especially appreciated the bank of international plugs for our laptops, phones, etc. I believe there are blackout curtains because the room is always very dark at night and we really appreciate that! There are 2 restaurants; both serve fresh, healthy lunches and dinners. My husband also appreciates the gym when we arrive because after a long flight, it’s so nice! But what we both LOVE, is the fact that it’s directly connected to the airport. We can wheel our luggage out and head straight to our flight. Just a wonderful, wonderful hotel that hits the mark in every way!
