Review: Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali

Bali is the best island in Indonesia to visit for a relaxing holiday with wonderful accommodation including the Mirage Hotel Complex. The pools and gardens are
fantastic and the hotels beaches are lined with palm trees and not over crowded.
The tropical sea is warm and safe with many exotic fish well worth snorkling over.
The range of cuisine and entertainment is exceptional and it’s hard to leave the comfort of the hotel to explore the island but it would be sad to miss the many temples and
exotic sites and not meet the gentle local people who still wear traditional dress and
every day carry offerings to the many temples. A visit to a local home is a must and a walk along the Paddy fields is rewarding. Each home has its own temple and each village has a larger temple .There are also many main large temple complexes with incredible temple buildings. A visit the volcano at the centre of the island is interesting and involves travel through the rain forest and jungle. Bali is a great stop over destination when travelling to Australia or New Zealand.
