Unique Experiences for a Few People – Never Something Ordinary for a Crowd

Exploring by sea is the best way to experience the beauty of Scotland. The Highlands & Islands, lochs and remote mainland areas are all accessible from the comfort of the luxurious Hebridean Princess or her newly-announced sister ship, The Lord of the Glens.

Hebridean Princess: House Party Style

Carrying just 50 guests, she has a reputation for exceptional service, fine food and wine and the warm welcome extended by the crew. She has 30 elegant and spacious cabins, 11 designed with the single traveller in mind.

Lord of the Glens: Small is Beautiful

The elegant Lord of the Glens has the look of a luxury yacht and was in fact designed with the Royal Yacht Britannia in mind. This four-deck vessel has just 27 passenger cabins and offers seven-night cruises until 23 August 2021, sailing between Inverness and the Kyle of Lochalsh, following the ship’s maiden voyage on 19 July 2021.

A Wealth of Experience

Hebridean Island Cruises - Best Specialist Cruise Line

During the course of 30 seasons, Hebridean Island Cruises has shared local knowledge with its guests, and introduced them to some of the loveliest places in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, The Northern Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Norway. Romantic castles; tranquil, spectacular lochs; wide open spaces and seldom-seen vistas.

A selection of ‘Footloose’ cruises caters for most walking abilities with a range of guided walks, and the promise of a nip of whisky and a hearty meal back on board. Other themed itineraries include Classical Music and Art, Cycling, Food and Drink, Gardens and Wildlife.

Cruises of between four and ten nights depart mainly from Oban from September 2021 and the ships always carry well-informed local guide, plus, on selected cruises, a specially chosen Guest Speaker.

South Coast of England sailings for July and August 2021

Flagship Hebridean Princess will offer a special season of south coast of England sailings during July and August 2021 departing from Cardiff and Portland and visiting various destinations in Wales, as well as Lundy Island, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Wight plus a number of smaller southern coastal ports. The ship is no stranger to the south coast, having cruised in and around this area on numerous occasions previously.

The ship will return to Oban to re-commence her Scottish cruises from 3 September 2021.

European River Cruises with Hebridean Island Cruises

For those wishing to explore further afield, Hebridean also operates a selection of enchanting European river cruises on board the 1930s style river cruiser, Royal Crown. A Hebridean river cruise attracts a maximum of just 70 guests, cared for by a dedicated crew and exceptional Hebridean Team, providing an unequalled level of personal service.
