Stugeron ie prochlorperezine which is an anti sickness medication works a treat. Available at pharmacies.

Phenergan 25 mg tablets available over the counter, active ingredient: Promethazine hydrochloride. They are also used to treat allergies such as hayfever, rashes or hives and even mild insomnia.

My wife can’t think about boarding a ship without feeling seasick. She was prescribed these by the Doctor onboard the QE2 when we came back from New York as part of her last world cruise (not my wife) and has never suffered since. We daren’t go on a cruise without a healthy supply and she has even doled them out to other passengers who were suffering.
