Welcome to our forums.

What are you having for dinner today?

As it still continues hot, a nice 3-cheese salad with crusty bread, followed by
paraguayos (a popular seasonal fruit over here, similar to peach but flattened)
and ice cream.

Albox, Costa Almeria, Spain

Thai probably. Lovely Thai restaurant not far from us where the food is authentic as is the dress of the waitresses and waiters.

Roast chicken, mashed potato, carrots, cabbage and leeks. Followed by a dish of small,
sweet, black seedless grapes from our vine.

Now you have your new book @Hardyplant perhaps you could add something here about how it turned out each time you try a recipe.

Roast Chicken.

We are having beef cassarole.

Ox Liver, medium rare, a gilding of onions, a Brusselling of sprouts, little Yorkshire puddings, creamy fluffy mashed potatoes, dusting of cracked black and white peppercorns, onion gravy.

Waffles swathed with hot Belgian chocolate sauce and a ribbon of squirty cream, fresh raspberries.

Whilst watching Wagner’s Tanhauser opera on DVD.

You may be looking for inspiration to shake up your dinners in 2019, so it might be worth having a look at this. At first glance it looked quite good & I’ll give it a closer look later. I like the overall philosophy

“We believe in non-extremist balanced whole food eating (including desserts and alcohol!).

In a world that is obsessed with labeling things “good” and “bad” we believe in raising a family that loves and prefers healthy foods over junk.

We don’t do fussy, we don’t do complicated—our goal is to share delicious meal ideas that anyone can make, from novice cooks to experienced foodies.

Every recipe that is posted here is thoroughly tested and refined until it passes everyone in the families taste tests (kids included!). "

Hope you find it of use, it looks like many of the dishes have been inspired by their travels. There’s even some tips on how to photograph your creations to share:
