I have found you don’t need to use any fat, just stir fry the chicken strips (turkey is even healthier) with sliced onion and pepper. Don’t add any fat to the pan just stir in the Fajita mix and then add about a cupfull of water. The sauce will reduce as you cook.
Cook for 10-15 mins stirring occasionally. Serve on WeightWatchers wraps lightly covered in no fat plain yoghurt. Two each is plenty. Yummy Heaven!
