Please can I put my name down for a travel journal.

I have kept a holiday diary for years and always travel with a notebook in my pocket. By the end of the holiday it is beginning to look very battered with pages beginning to fall out. My writing invariably gets worse during and I have a major job trying to decipher my notes when I get home.

A travel journal might concentrate the mind and this one looks good and substantial, as well as carefully thought out. I do like the idea of a pocket to keepsakes as these invariably get screwed up or lost during the holiday.

It would be great fun to use this with the grandchildren on our next family holiday (already booked for the Isle of Man for next August!)

I have never visited Corfu before so, just in case I win the Corfu Villa competition, it would be great to have the travel guide to accompany me on my holiday! :)

Have thought of visiting Corfu for a long time, and now that I've retired it would be the perfect time to do so.

The Crete travel guide would be an essential accessory.

It would have to be a travel journal for me. Whenever I go on holiday or wherever I've been I always start with the best intentions of keeping a diary and recording my experiences but sadly always lapse. Now as I get older and try to reminisce there are glaring gaps which possibly those absent scrabbling's could have filled. I promise if I get a journal this time it will be used.

What a great idea. Photos are good reminders but it would be great to write down my thoughts and feelings as I travel.

We love to travel! I think a travel journal is a great way to remember all the places we have been to! I do jot things down but i usually lose them once i get home. A travel journal would keep them all in the one place!

I love reading the travel journal I have been keeping since our honeymoon 31 years ago, it immediately calls to mind all the sights sounds and emotions of our travels. I am now nearing the end of the second hard back notebook so a new one would be great.

I'd love a travel journal as I always keep a journal of my trips. I have always found that if I write something down I'm more likely to remember it - that's how I always studied in university, including my post retirement degree. Having the journals also helps me to put together photobooks of my trips and to write my travel posts. I'd be lost without them!

I'd love a Corfu travel guide as it would remind me of my holiday there twenty years ago and help me plan a new visit. I love a good travel guide to just sit and read and plan!

I would love a travel journal to document my next holidays, I treasure the ones completed in the past as there are so many details that are easily forgotten, Little things that happen along the way which when documented when fresh in your mind make up an undorgettable memento of the trip.

I love travel journals, writing in them while sitting somewhere atmospheric is relaxing and makes me take in more that's around me, whether a busy coffee lane, quiet cathedral, or lush gardens, it's a joy to write about it and come across years later and remember

I love planning what to do/where in particular to visit on each holiday and these guides are really helpful in doing this.If I won the holiday in Corfu this would be the icing on the cake!
