I have two favourite places to visit in New York. The first is Central Park. The park is such a beautiful place to visit any time of the year. And the use in movies over the years shows just how fabulous it really is. An oasis in a big city to chill out and relax with lots to see and do nearby.
The second is Macy's - especially the deli in the basement. It's our favourite place to lunch in between shopping! Refresh, then more shopping!

Recently learnt to tap and this musical is iconic with the tap world so would love to see it. My favourite New York landmark ..... Central Park as it's modeled on Birkenhead Park which is where I grew up. I've actually been and was fascinated the I could recognise the landscape. It's also a little bit escapism in the middle of one of the busiest cities in the world.

All the landmarks we saw (and visited) during our stay in New York are unique in their own way. However, the one we enjoyed most was the Brooklyn Bridge - walk across the East River and back, with the backdrop of the skyscraper skyline - was amazing!

My favourite memorial is The Teardrop, This is a little known memorial which was given to New York after the September 11th attack by Russia. It is actually officially in Bayonne, New Jersey but it is a very moving (and little known) memorial.
