I have spent 2 magical days in Singapore during a stopover in 2006. I still remember eating a fabulous Chinese meal in a riverside restaurant and watching boats with red Chinese lanterns cruising up and down the river while it was getting dark. At some point you couldn’t see the boats anymore, just the red lanterns moving like something out of a fairy tale. Singapore sling at The Raffles and a chocolate buffer at The Fullerton complete my food experience in Singapore.
Could this Singapore foodie feast extravaganza bring back my memories?
