When a family member went they told me they enjoyed the street food Best. This was recommended by the hotel they stayed in. I hope it includes a famous drink.

I am currently trying to dine and drink my way round the world, without leaving the UK. London is renowned for its vast array of world food, I cannot think of a more superb way for me to sample, for the first time, Singapore cuisine. So bring it on, and let me dine with the Michelin stars. This is one meal I won't forget.

Well who wouldn't want the opportunity to be a foodie critic for the night whilst rubbing shoulders with some of Singapore's Michelin-starred Chefs, I know I definitely would. With my best food reporter's pen poised and taste buds at the ready, I can't wait to relish in an evening of Singaporean culinary delights. Alas I must dash now as my table awaits.

I have spent 2 magical days in Singapore during a stopover in 2006. I still remember eating a fabulous Chinese meal in a riverside restaurant and watching boats with red Chinese lanterns cruising up and down the river while it was getting dark. At some point you couldn’t see the boats anymore, just the red lanterns moving like something out of a fairy tale. Singapore sling at The Raffles and a chocolate buffer at The Fullerton complete my food experience in Singapore.
Could this Singapore foodie feast extravaganza bring back my memories?
