Es Nautico Suites, MallorcaThis prize draw has now closed.

To celebrate our month for the Silver Single Traveller, our partner, Solos Holidays is offering the winner of our March prize draw a 7 night break for one at Es Nautico Suites in Mallorca at one of their ClubSolos resorts in August 2016.

Situated on the east side of the island, near the marina at Porto Cristo, this small friendly hotel has been recently refurbished, with a pool, and is perfect for a relaxing, sunshine and beach holiday. It’s just 10 minutes from a sandy beach and  a 15 minute taxi ride away from the busier town of Cala Millor, where you can enjoy the lively nightlife, should you wish. The marina has bars and cafes for those wishing to remain closer to the hotel. If you’d like to get out and about, there excursions to nearby attractions, such as Palma, the island’s capital, the caves of Drach and Manacor market.

Porto Cristo beachSolos Holidays have been providing great trips for single travellers for 30 years, so their experience is superb and they know the benefit of having experienced Tour Leaders on hand, who help to create a great atmosphere where everyone gets to know each other in a comfortable way. Travelling with Solos is a great way for single travellers to enjoy a holiday knowing that an expert is always on hand!

What’s included: flights from Gatwick, transfers, accommodation (a twin or double room for single use), daily breakfast and 3 dinners.

I have never been on a solo holiday, nor holidayed on my own before but having read Kay's reviews I would definitely give this a go.

a solos break to mallorca? sun, sea, and sand: just the thing! i'd love it.
my one question is about that "missing 's' ". is a solos holiday a euphemism for "club 50-100" ? and i don't suppose i'm the only one with small concerns in that direction. my fingers are crossed to win the draw ~ and go see for myself: sun, sea, sand, and see!

Mallorca was my first 'grown-up' holiday as a student - my first flight (from Barcelona); first pasa doble (with a handsome young fisherman); first ride on a pedalo; first moonlight stroll among lemon trees - oh never mind . . . In all the excitement, I somehow missed Porto Cristo. Would Matteo recognise me now? I doubt it, but I always said I would go back next year . . .
