Wildlife and safari travel is bigger, better and more popular than ever before, and for all those wanting to get up to big cats, go gorilla trekking or photograph polar bears, the Wildlife & Safari Travel Show is an absolute must visit. Plus, it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet the change makers; the conservationists and travel companies who will impart invaluable knowledge, and inspire you to plan your next trip. So, you’ll get a complete lowdown straight from the zebra’s mouth.

As well as around 60 exhibitors, a whole host of speakers will be giving talks and presentations throughout the two-day event. Simon King OBE has contributed some of the BBC’s most prestigious wildlife series including Blue Planet and Planet Earth, and will discuss all things wilderness, while marine biologist Tom Hird will open your eyes to what monsters really lurk beneath our waters. Other talks also feature award-winning photographer Sue Flood, sharing her love of emperor penguins and don’t miss TV presenter Lucy Cooke talking about her book, The Unexpected Truth About Animals.

The Harrogate Convention Centre, an impressive open-plan event space in Harrogate.

It's lovely to see an offer for something taking place in God's own country! Great speakers too.
