We are delighted to announce a ship visit with our wonderful partner NCL. This ship visit will be conducted by NCL and accompanied by Silver Travel hosts.

Applications for this visit are invited from Silver Travellers who have not experienced NCL previously - either on a cruise or ship visit.

What can we expect on the day?

Norwegian Cruise LineThe visit will comprise; a guided tour of Norwegian Spirit where you will see the public areas: lounges, bars, restaurants, open deck spaces etc. and show cabins (subject to operational conditions); Lunch in one of the ship’s restaurants will follow the tour.

All visitors must bring a passport, as without one access to the ship will be refused.

How to apply

Cost: £15 per person (our service fee, which includes travel expenses for our volunteer Silver Travel hosts). Payment will be due once your place(s) are confirmed. Payment details will be included with your confirmation email. If there are more requests for places than our allocation, a ballot will be drawn shortly after the closing date.

To apply for a places, we require the following information for each visitor:

  • Full name
  • Date of Birth
  • Passport number
  • Nationality


  • Full address
  • Telephone number
  • Dietary requirements
  • Mobility issues
  • Vehicle make, model, colour and registration
  • Preferred payment method: Paypal, bank transfer or cheque

    Having travelled on a lot of the major cruise lines we seem to have missed NCL off the list and would love a look around one of their ships.

    I would love to look around the NCL ship but have to work Mon-Fri (in a school so can't take time off in term time). Any chance of a weekend visit sometime?
